Stacey Smith is the Owner of Smith & Co and has been since July 2018. Stacey started off as a receptionist at the Salon in 2016 and has gone on to buy the business and now works along side her husband Iain who works as the Financial & HR Manager. Stacey dedicates her work to her team and will do anything she can to support them and make sure they are all happy in their working environment. Stacey also cannot wait to grow the Salon in to bigger and better things in the future so watch this space. Stacey nowadays spends her time working behind the scenes in her office or home based running the business creating new ideas and offers to suit every clients need. Stacey has 18 years in the customer service industry and her mission is to create the ultimate Salon experience.
Barbara is Smith & Co's Salon Floor Manager and Senior Hair Stylist and has been working at Woodlands since June 2018. Barbara has been in the hair industry for over 10 years since she has left school where she went on to train in Hair. Barbara has such a passion for the industry and is always constantly reading about the theory of hair and looking on social media for the next trend. She takes such pride in her work and has built up such a great relationship with all of the clients at Woodlands and our team. Barbara has such a friendly, kind and caring nature and will always make you walk out of the salon feeling like a million dollars.

Danielle is Smith & Co's full time Senior Hair Stylist and has been doing hairdressing for over 3 years now. Danielle has amazing attention to detial with her highlights and her cutting is precise. Danielle has such a kind and caring attitude. Danielle joined Smith & Co in February 2023.

Taryn is our Assistant Manager and full time Senior Beauty Therapist/Skin Care Specialist. Taryn moved to the UK from South Africa in 2021 and has started a new life here with her partner. Taryn acheived a degree in Beauty and gained a distinction qualification back in South Afria. Taryn loves the beauty industry and has so much knowledge on all aspects of Beauty but skin care is definitley her favourite. Taryn loves providing Facial and Massage treatments and has bought Lash extensions to Woodlands and is always looking for the next innovative treatment to introduce, most recently being Hydra Facials and it has been a HUGE success. Taryn can also carry out Pregnancy Massages for all expecting Mums and she really loves client care and making people feel special.

Karita is our amazing Holistic Beauty Therapist and Senior Hair Stylists. Karita has over 30 years experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry. Karita specialises in all things Holistic and really does have healing hands. Karita is Reiki Master and is Master Herbalist. If you book in with a massage with Karita for medical purposes or injury from an accident you can also claim the massage back on your health insurance because Karita has letters after her name that allow you to do so. Karita is also a natural in the hair aspect too and just loves making people feel good. Karita goes above and beyond for all her clients and has such great care, you will always see her with a smile on her face and our clients cannot speak more highly of her.

Madi is our Full Time Beauty Therapist at Smith & Co. Madi is so passionate and on trend with the beauty industry and loves to learn new treatments. Madi's favourite treatments are Massage, Facials & Brows and Lashes! Madi has a fresh eye in all Beauty aspects and we cannot wait to see her grow with her ambition.

Sue is our part time Front of House and Mother of the team. Sue is the first person you may see when entering the Salon with her warm and friendly welcome. Sue is a great representative for the salon (being Stacey's Mum of course) and with such a bubbly and friendly face to welcome all of Smith & Co clients to the salon. Sue is able to meet all your appointment needs and she is a dab hand at making you a nice beverage of choice!
